Custom patch hats start at 24 units. Contract sewing has no minimum.

Contract sewing has a 5 day turnaround.

We price your design within 24 hours. No payment is needed to get a quote.

We sew every hat in Spokane, WA and ship nationwide.

Can I see my hat before I order?
Yes. Our visualizer is free. Upload your logo, pick a hat style and see it before you request a quote.
What patch types do you offer?
Leather, woven, PVC and embroidered patches.
What hat styles can you make?
Trucker hats, dad hats, snapbacks, structured caps, fitted hats and beanies.
What does Visualizer Pro include?
Visualizer Pro adds more tools for brands and decorators. Order $1,000 or more in headwear and your first year is free.
