What is a visor?
Visors keep the sun off while letting heat escape, which makes them popular for golf, tennis, running, resorts and hot-weather events.
Most have an adjustable hook-and-loop or buckle closure at the back, and the band is backed so embroidery sits flat.
Best decorations for visors
- Flat embroidery. The most common and durable visor decoration.
- Slim woven or leatherette patches. Choose a wide, short patch shape that fits the band.
- Sublimated patches. Full-color art in a slim rectangle works well for events.

Visors: common questions
How big should a logo be on a visor?
About 3 to 4 inches wide and no more than about 1.25 inches tall, so it fits the shallow front band.
Can you put a patch on a visor?
Yes. Choose a slim rectangle or oval and keep the height low. Woven, leatherette and sublimated patches all work.
Can I preview my logo on a visor?
